The smaller setup would also make some sense for a D4 announcement, since that would only really have a cinematic, roadmap, and planned features/classes/story, none of which needs demo space, or even a large space since it's planned content rather than developed content. RoS came out 2 years after D3, and its been 2.5 years since RoS came out, so if their were an xpac, we'd really be expecting some demos at blizzcon like RoS had, or atleast alot of content to show off. This is why I wouldnt be too surprised if there was no xpac announcement. The small space is most likely because they aren't gonna have any playable content to show off, so they don't need huge space like OW/HotS (which will have new heroes/maps), who have to fit computers for demos. Well all the competitive events are in a separate arena for each game, that are actually quite huge, but not in the floor space. and mentioned a street release date of 9. He also linked to an in-store version of the new box cover in the comments below: Interesting, with how busy they must be getting Blizzcon prepped that they'd make this change today. Curiously, there isn't a digital equivalent for the Diablo II Battle Chest - they're still separate under Classic Games, conspicuously adjacent to StarCraft Anthology: ![]() Nice for newcomers to finally have it all in a clean discounted bundle, especially the ones who are on the fence about RoS. Also, compare the Diablo III product directory to the most recent snapshot on where it was still called Ultimate Evil Edition and went for $40: ![]() The Ultimate Evil Edition references are gone from the page.
